Job Role: Estimator
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a well-established engineering business, who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
Job Duties:
Receive enquiries, estimate and convert orders
Deal with quotations and hand over to Contract Manager
Read technical tender drawings
Liaise with customers and identify new business opportunities
Negotiate and complete tenders to sales
Follow up submissions with client feedback
Set up and present handover meeting to the contracts team
Job Requirements:
3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience working with structural, secondary and architectural steelwork
Able to read technical/architectural drawings
Excellent IT skills
Salary & Shift:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm & Friday 7:45am - 2:15pm
