Estimator – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects
📍 Hampshire
💼 £50,000 – £85,000 + package (DOE)

With a turnover exceeding £100M and a strong reputation across energy, coastal infrastructure, ports, water utilities, and commercial builds, this business is entering a new phase of strategic growth—and they’re seeking an experienced Estimator to help shape the future.
🔍 About the Role:
You’ll be joining a dynamic pre-construction team, supporting tenders across a diverse portfolio of civils and infrastructure projects. From coastal defence schemes to energy sector builds, your input will directly influence project success and client confidence.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing detailed cost estimates for civils and infrastructure projects
* Reviewing tender documentation and identifying commercial risks
* Liaising with supply chain partners and internal teams to build accurate pricing models
* Supporting bid submissions and client presentations
* Contributing to continuous improvement in estimating processes
🧱 What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in civil engineering or groundworks
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and tendering procedures
* Commercial awareness and ability to assess risk and opportunity
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
