Maidstone (Hybrid)
£50,000 - £60,000 basic + Bonuses + Pension + Training + Clear Progression Path + Car Allowance & Fuel Card
An exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join a specialist building services organisation with a strong reputation for excellence in heritage and high-end projects. This is a chance to take ownership of prestigious projects, particularly on Grade I & II listed properties across the South East, with the autonomy to oversee your own work and the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the business.
Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of high-end projects, we are seeking a commercially astute Estimator who thrives on detail, precision, and problem-solving. With clear routes for progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a business that values initiative and innovation.
Your Role as an Estimator will include:
Preparing accurate cost estimates for specialist projects
Producing tenders, analyse drawing, specifications and contracts
Conducting site visits, surveys, and liaising with clientsThe successful Estimator will have:
Proven experience as an Estimator on construction projects
Excellent organisational and communication skills
