About the Role
A leading residential construction contractor is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑focused Estimator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high‑quality housing projects, contributing to cost planning, tender preparation, and budget control.
You will work closely with project teams to produce accurate estimates, assess feasibility, and support commercial decision‑making, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates, bills of quantities, and cost take‑offs for residential projects.
Assist with tender submissions and contractor procurement.
Support budget preparation and cost forecasting.
Work collaboratively with design teams, project managers, and subcontractors.
Review and analyse contract documentation.
About You
You have 3-5 years' relevant estimating experience within residential or mixed‑use construction.
Strong knowledge of cost planning, bill of quantities, and tender processes.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
