We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team, working across high-end Category A and B commercial fit-out projects. The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all estimates align with client expectations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for Cat A & B fit-out projects from concept to tender stage
*
Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
*
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
*
Analyze project plans, risks, and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness
*
Assist in value engineering and cost planning
*
Attend client meetings and site visits when necessary
*
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
About You:
*
Minimum 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial fit-out or interior construction
*
Strong understanding of Category A & B construction methods and pricing
*
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar)
*
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
