Junior Estimator – Acoustic Glazed Partitions
📍 Location: London Office (Onsite)
💷 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + travel expenses + benefits
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their estimating career and develop specialist knowledge in acoustic glazed partitions. While experience in glazed partitions is an advantage, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in drywall, interiors, or general fit-out who are eager to learn.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Estimator to support our estimating and surveying function, working closely with the Divisional Director, Sales Manager, and Project Manager. You’ll be involved in:

Preparing cost estimates for tenders and quotations
*
Assisting with take-offs using BlueBeam or On-Screen Take Off
*
Sending enquiries to the supply chain and obtaining quotes
*
Helping compile tender submissions and clarifications
*
Supporting the handover process for secured projects
*
Assisting with variations, valuations, and contract administration on live jobs
*
Maintaining tender logs and updating trackers (Excel/Smartsheet/CRM systems)
This role offers the chance to build strong foundations in estimating and surveying, with mentoring from experienced professionals and exposure to high-profile commercial fit-out projects.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in estimating, surveying, or commercial administration (fit-out or construction preferred)
*
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
*
Proficient with MS Excel, Word (CRM/Hubspot experience desirable)
*
Experience with BlueBeam or On-Screen Take Off (preferred but training can be provided)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop a career in estimating
