The role of the Estimator – Landscaping Services will involve:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for small works within ongoing landscape maintenance contracts
* Assess site information, schedules, and client requests to define project scope and requirements.
* Produce clear, accurate, and competitive quotations in line with company standards.
* Maintain organised records of quotes, pricing data, and supplier information.
* Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure estimates reflect practical delivery.
* Working with order values in the range of £5k-£10k with a standard week totalling £200k
* Typical project value ranges from £500k to £5m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Landscaping Services with:
* Must have an understanding of construction estimating processes
* Must have hands on site experience
* Ideally will have estimating experience within the landscaping market sector
* Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate complex formulas
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
* Driven, hungry and can work autonomously and as part of a team
