The role of Estimator – Natural Stone Products will involve:
* Estimator dealing with a high end quality manufactured range of natural stone block, brick and masonry products.
* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
* Using tools such as Excel and CAD
* Liaising with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
* Producing formal quotations to clients
* Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
* Working on projects between £10k - £2M
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Natural Stone Products experience with:
* Must have estimating experience within the construction sector
* Ideally had experience within the building product sectors
* Ideally have CAD experience
* IT Literate (Particularly Excel)
