Are you an Estimator or similar from a Roofing background looking for a growing company providing the opportunity to work on varied construction projects for commercial clients within a market leading company who are known for progressing their employees?
This fast-growing and ambitious company brings over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience. The company have undertaken work from a minimum of £1m to £5m in contract value and are looking to work on even more significant projects in the upcoming future.
In this dynamic and autonomous role, you'll be handling pricing, estimates, and quotes based on technical drawings. You'll also assist with design tasks and collaborate closely with the design team, senior management, and clients. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with technical proficiency and creativity.
This role would suit an Estimator or similar from a Roofing background looking for a varied role where you will work on bespoke construction projects within a company offering a range of benefits including progression and a bonus.
The Role:
Pricing, planning and estimating roofing projects from start to finish.
Liaising with Clients to ensure client satisfaction and specifications are met
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers for optimal solutions
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
