Working Pattern: Full TimeWhat You'll Do:
As an EU Deforestation Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product compliance and transaction security. Your responsibilities will include:
Analysing new product requests to maintain transaction security
Keeping product data updated in our existing portfolio
Validating data and regulatory documents from suppliers
Releasing validated customer orders
Communicating effectively with suppliers
Collaborating with Trade Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Third-Party Procurement for seamless service delivery
Drafting and uploading regulatory documents to the EU commission portal
Analysing and inputting data into internal ERP systems
Maintaining key metrics and reporting
Taking on additional duties as requiredWho You Are:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for regulatory affairs and product compliance. To thrive in this role, you should have:
Prior experience in regulatory affairs or product compliance
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
