EUC Engineer - Crewe (full time on site) - 3 months - £225 per day inside ir35
My client is a global IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer, who will specialise in one of three key areas: Device Lifecycle Management (DLM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Hardware Operations (HW Ops).
What You'll Do
Manage IT support tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
Support, secure, and maintain devices across the organisation (PCs, laptops, mobiles)
Use tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, and PowerShell
Provide front-line support through services like the Tech Bar
Perform hardware repairs or help coordinate fixes in data centres (HW Ops)
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams
Look for opportunities to automate, innovate, and improve processes
What You'll Bring
Experience in one of the following specialisms: DLM, MDM, or HW Ops
Strong knowledge of device architecture and operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)
A troubleshooting mindset and excellent communication skills
Comfort working with tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, etc.
A collaborative approach and an eagerness to learn and support others
Certifications (Based on Specialism)
Essential:
MD-100: Microsoft Windows Client (DLM)
Jamf 100 (MDM)Desirable:
MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops
Jamf 200
