Job Description

EV Electrical Supervisor Location: Midlands based, with UK wide travel Salary: Very Competitive D.O.E + Van + Overtime available. Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays At NPP, We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on professional to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical EV projects across the UK, for a market leading M&E client. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining site supervision with practical installation, testing and commissioning. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time and within budget. What you’ll be doing: * Taking responsibility for the delivery of small to medium-sized electrical contracts. * Working closely with Project Engineers to coordinate labour and materials. * Overseeing sub-contractors’ performance on site and maintaining high standards. * Carrying out on-site safety audits and ensuring full compliance with health & safety requirements. * Engaging with site teams and clients to understand project requirements and ensure top-quality work. * Sourcing quotes for materials, managing purchase orders and liaising with wholesalers. * Supervising the completion, testing and commissioning of installations. * Marking up as-built drawings, test records and project completion documents. * Carrying out site surveys and gathering information to support accurate quotations. About You We’d love to hear from you if you have: * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in an industrial or commercial environment. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. * Level 3 qualification in Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations. * 2391 or 2394/5 qualification and a solid understanding of condition reporting. It would be a bonus if you also have: * City & Guilds 2921-31, 2921-32, 2921-33 or 2921-34 covering the design, installation or maintenance of electric vehicle charging installations. Why Apply?
