Are you a highly organised, systems-savvy administrator with a positive, can-do attitude?
We are working exclusively with our superb Global client who are seeking to recruit an Events Administrator to join their wonderful and forward-thinking team. This is a brand new role, created due to internal promotion, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on heavy admin, loves systems, and enjoys being the organised backbone of successful events.
This is not a graduate event manager role. We are looking for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in meticulous organisation, problem-solving, and providing exceptional administrative support for a busy client programme.
The Role:
In this varied and interesting role, you will be the central hub for coordinating a calendar of virtual, live, and hybrid events. You won't be expected to be an expert in the clients field, but you will be the expert in making sure every event runs smoothly from an administrative perspective.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Systems Management: Being the power-user of their internal CRM system, all day, every day - inputting new events, tracking delegates, sending invitations, and updating critical information.
Event Logistics: Venue sourcing, liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing event budgets and logistics for dinners and educational events.
Delegate Management: Handling all aspects of delegate coordination, from invitation to registration.
Problem-Solving: Proactively troubleshooting issues on the system and with event logistics to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and delegates.
Team Support: Being the organised, energetic support the team needs, bringing a positive and upbeat energy to the office.The Person:
You will be someone who:
Has 1-2 years of experience in a heavy administration role such as a Junior PA, Project Administrator, Events Admin, or Sales Admin.
Loves working with systems (e.g., CRM, Salesforce, project management software) and can give examples of how you've troubleshooted issues.
Has an impeccable eye for detail and superb organisational skills.
Has a positive, upbeat attitude with lots of energy - you will be the one to bring great vibes to a fantastic team.
Is client-focused, articulate, and polished with a 'roll up your sleeves and get stuck in' mentality.
Speaks additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, or German. This is highly desirable in order to communicate with clients.Ready to apply?
