Job Description
M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing, independent bakery based in Swindon, supplying delicious treats across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, meeting people, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
*
Setting up and running market stalls at local farmers’ markets and pop-up events
*
Delivering fresh products to markets, offices, and other locations
*
Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers
*
Handling stock, payments, and cash responsibly
*
Representing the brand with energy and professionalism
When you’ll work:
*
Regular shifts available on Saturdays (essential)
*
Additional shifts available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
*
Early morning starts required
*
Flexible working and job shares considered
What we’re looking for:
*
Must be 25 or over (due to insurance requirements)
*
A full, clean driving license with no more than 6 points
*
Confidence driving company vehicles
*
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Reliable, organised, and comfortable handling stock and cash
