Are you passionate about fitness and ready to be part of an exciting event? Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into the role of Event Assistant - Judge at an upcoming competition in the vibrant Castle Quarter, Cardiff!

Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: April 29, 2026
End Date: May 4, 2026

As a Judge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a fair and exhilarating experience for all athletes. Your responsibilities will include:

Station Management: Oversee athletes as they perform a variety of exercises safely and effectively at each station.
Enforcing Standards: Validate repetitions and uphold competition rules, ensuring proper execution and monitoring for "no-reps" on movements such as sled pushes and wall balls.
Athlete Support: Motivate and encourage participants, especially during high-fatigue stations, helping them dig deep and push through to the finish line.What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
Attention to detail and a commitment to fair play.
