Description
Plan, organise, and manage events from conception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements.
Handle post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Managing end-to-end requirements for events as assigned, including identifying accommodations, transportation, location, catering, signage, displays, and any special needs requirements
Ensure all events align with the organisation's mission and objectives.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver event assets.Profile
