Job Description

We're now working with a very exciting business based in Dunstable and specifically looking for a very detail orientated Administrator to join their events team. As part of this company and role you would be focussed on providing administrative support with the day-to-day running of their events and projects that they arrange. The successful candidate will partake in a range of project and you'd be one of the main and regular points of contact for clients, delegates, and suppliers. We are ideally looking for candidates with prior administration experience and essential to this role will be finding someone very detail orientated, organised and with a sharp eye for detail. We're open to candidate that are looking for full-time work, but we could also consider candidates working a reduced schedule (to fit school runs etc.), so a 9am to 2.30pm shift or similar could be an option. Please note this position is paying a salary of £25k to £28k dependant on experience. This will also be a fully office-based role in our clients Dunstable office and candidates will ideally need to be able to drive and have regular access to their own vehicle due to the location of the offices. Duties: Provide assistance to the project lead/team by researching ideas, offering administrative support, and input with budgets. Support the project lead/team with taking briefs, meeting agendas and content report creation. Preparing and schedule post event debriefs including client, internal departments, and suppliers. Assist the project lead in scheduling, researching and developing creative solutions and concepts, ensuring client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project. Work with colleagues to create a 'one team' mentality, by providing mentorship to new and existing Event Administrators by positively inputting to team meetings. All other duties that are deemed appropriate to the role.What We Are Looking For: Ideally we're looking for someone with previous administration experience - ideally someone meticulous with detail and very organised. Strong IT knowledge and able to learn how to use digital platforms quickly. A confident team player who is able to collaborate and work as part of a team, whilst also being able to demonstrate the ability to work independently. Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines. Well organised individual who is able to demonstrate excellent planning and prioritisation skills Enthusiastic and passionate about your work.
