We're working with a dynamic and growing business that's on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations & Activities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of their outdoor activity site. Role: Operations & Activities Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Licence Required: Yes - Full UK Licence
Minimum Age Requirement: 25+
Work Schedule:
4 days during the week and 1 day on the weekend. Flexibility is key!Duties:
Leading and motivating a small team to deliver safe, fun, and memorable experiences for guests.
Managing site operations including staffing, logistics, health & safety, and customer service.
Ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard and ready for action every day.
Handling bookings, enquiries, and customer feedback with professionalism and care.
Increasing bookings by promoting experiences to corporate businesses.
Supporting marketing and promotional activities to grow the business.What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or events.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
Candidates must be 25 years or older due to insurance requirements.
