• Provide excellent customer service for consultancy work, events, and member products.
• Plan and manage events and projects from start to finish (including logistics, travel, delegate support, and feedback).
• Support all types of events – in-person, virtual, and hybrid – using Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and members, handling enquiries and bookings quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate smaller projects and events, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, speakers, facilitators, and partners.
• Support marketing and business teams to help grow our services.
• Keep accurate records in our systems (D365 CRM, (url removed)) and help process financial tasks like invoices and budgets.

• Comfortable using databases/CRM systems and handling basic finance tasks (like invoices and purchase orders).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• A team player who focuses on finding solutions and supporting others.
