Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ( preferably ) and reliable Exam Invigilator to join a lovely school just a short journey from the centre of Milton Keynes. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting students during their exams and ensuring that all procedures are carried out fairly and efficiently. Must be avaliable in Novemeber for the schools mock period.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during examinations to maintain a calm, secure, and supportive environment.
Distribute and collect exam papers and materials safely and accurately.
Follow school and exam board regulations at all times.
Report any concerns or incidents to the Exams Officer.
Assist with setting up and clearing the exam room before and after each session.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is essential.
Confident and professional when working with children and young people.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one (cost: £60).
Able to provide two professional references from previous employers.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work during exam periods.
Must be willing to complete our free of charge online invigilator training
