Job Title: Excavator Operator
Location: Near Ellon, Aberdeenshire
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing – Work Available Into 2026
Working Hours: 7am – 7pm midweek, 7am – 5.30pm Sat, 7am – 1pm Sun
Rotation: 11 days on 3 days off
Overview:
Corrie Recruitment is looking for a skilled Excavator Operator for a long-term civils project based near Ellon.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established team with ongoing work extending well into 2026.
The role involves operating heavy plant on a busy site, supporting a range of groundworks and earthworks tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient operation of excavators
* Daily checks and maintenance of plant equipment
* Working collaboratively with site teams to meet programme targets
* Adhering to all site safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid NPORS or CPCS Excavator Operator card
* Proven experience on busy civil engineering sites
* Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including every second weekend
* Own transport to site (preferred)
