Executive Assistant (Temporary)
Birmingham (B15)
Salary: £15.15 - £17.30 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm (35.5 hours per week)
Fully office based
3 – 4 weeks initially

We are looking for a Temporary EA who can hit the ground running with providing a high level of administration to the senior team.

  * Manage diaries and coordinate priorities

  * Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders

  * Attending meeting and taking minutes, as well as follow up actions

  * Support with general ad-hoc administration tasks

We require someone with:

  * Experience of minute taking within meetings (F2F and over Teams)

  * Experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment

  * Confident, proactive, and highly organised

  * Strong written and verbal communication skills

  * Experience preparing reports and handling sensitive information

  * Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

  * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role
