We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Senior Leadership Team. This part-time remote role (20 hours/week) offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with visionary leaders in a values-driven environment.
We are offering (£32,000 - £35,000 Pro-Rata) for the right person to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, take accurate minutes, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With your excellent communication skills and eagle eye for detail, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact and a vital part of our team.
Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years' experience in an executive assistant or similar role, outstanding organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bonus points for Canva knowledge and a knack for supporting marketing and internal comms.
