Executive Assistant to Board of Directors
My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive/Personal Assistant to provide confidential, high-quality administrative and secretarial support to 4 or 5 designated members of the Board of Directors. Working closely with other Corporate PAs, you will ensure seamless support across the Board, contributing to the smooth running of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver confidential and efficient PA support to assigned Directors/Deputies.
Collaborate with fellow PAs to manage priorities, workflows, and diaries consistently.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and visitors with professionalism, drafting responses where appropriate.
Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, escalating to the Executive Assistant when needed.
Proactively track delegated actions and follow up on outstanding items.
Maintain structured and accessible filing systems and contact directories.
Plan ahead to anticipate issues and resolve them independently where possible.
Organise and support meetings in line with governance standards, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Standardise office processes and maintain shared resources and templates.
Provide cross-cover for other PAs and participate in a rota to ensure office coverage (08:30-17:00).Requirements:
Advanced ability in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
A recognised secretarial/administrative qualification is desirable, but not essential as relevant experience is taken into consideration.
