We’re hiring a hands-on Executive Assistant for our clients CEO; someone equally happy running a leadership meeting as they are sorting the basics flawlessly. You’ll amplify the CEO’s time, keep communication crisp, and drive tactical initiatives over the line—without ego, with pace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Executive support, done properly
* Own complex calendar, priorities, travel, expenses, and briefings
* Prep the CEO for days, weeks, and key moments; anticipate needs and unblock issues
* Run and facilitate meetings
* Build agendas, chair or facilitate sessions, keep time, capture actions, and ensure follow-through
* Maintain the leadership cadence (weekly execs, standups, OKR reviews, offsites)
* Company communications
* Draft CEO updates, all-hands notes, talking points, and internal announcements
* Prepare board packs / investor updates and coordinate contributions
* Tactical initiatives & project wrangling
* Drive short-run, cross-functional projects: define goals, timelines, owners, and metrics
* Track progress, surface risks, and land decisions quickly
* Stakeholder management
* Engage credibly with board/investors, senior leaders, customers, and suppliers
* Build trust across the business—from the shop floor to the boardroom
* Operations & admin that keep us moving
* Keep the small things tight (docs, logistics, vendor coordination) so big things can move fast
* Judgment & confidentiality
* Handle sensitive information with discretion; act as a clear, calm escalation point
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Mindset: Collaborative, low-ego, service-oriented. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace. “No job too small, no room too big.”
* Adaptability: Not wedded to one way of working—happy to use whatever tools/processes are available and change them when needed.
* Communication: Clear writer and confident facilitator; can simplify complexity and drive decisions.
* Presence: Can hold your ground in a board meeting, whilst being equally at ease in blue-collar/industrial environments.
* Ownership: Bias to action, strong follow-through, excellent organization.
* Meaningful experience supporting a C-level leader as an EA, Business/Operations Coordinator, or Junior Chief of Staff
* Proven record running meetings, crafting internal communications, and delivering cross-functional projects
* Comfort working in or alongside blue-collar/operations teams; exposure to PE-backed environments a plus
* Tech-fluid: quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace/M365, Slack/Teams, others as necessary)
