We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
* Organise travel arrangements for executives, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar EA/PA role in an office environment is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Hubspot is required.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial
