Executive Assistant - FMCG - 4 month contract Salary £50,000 - £60,000

Hybrid Role ( 10 days per month in the office)
A leading global FMCG company based in Chiswick, West London, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a confident and experienced EA who can manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare key documentation, and ensure seamless communication across senior stakeholders. You'll provide high-level administrative support, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. An initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Duties Include:
Organise and manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings and commitments.
Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements while considering budget and preferences to enhance travel experiences.
Prepare and organise documentation that communicates important information effectively.
Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives and responsibilities.
Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
Proactively address challenges that may arise to maintain project momentum.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organising meetings and managing correspondence.
Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with ease to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a results-oriented focus to achieve organisational goals efficiently.Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a C-level executive assistant for a global company
Experience of working for a FMCG company would be desirable, open to other industries
Microsoft Office experience including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
