NPD Executive Chef – Large-Scale Food Operations

**THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA**
Are you a proven Executive Chef with a passion for operational excellence and leading large-scale food production?
We’re seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of all food operations within a major catering and production environment — delivering exceptional standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
The Role
You’ll oversee diverse catering operations including high-volume kitchens, corporate dining, and event services. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across production, quality, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
* Develop and implement operational plans, production schedules, and staffing strategies to meet business goals.
* Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to manage resources effectively and control costs.
* Support the development of new menus and production processes aligned with client requirements.
* Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and customer feedback, implementing effective corrective actions.
* Oversee team performance, ensuring engagement, training, and adherence to company standards.
* Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and budgets, maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and profitability.
* Plan for high-volume or seasonal operations, ensuring seamless delivery during peak demand periods.
About You
* 9–10 years of overall experience in professional kitchens, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
* Experience in dealong UK multiples or dealing with high end functions is essential
* Formal qualification in Food Science or Culinary Management / Executive Chef Certification.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and international food safety standards.
* Proven ability to design menus, manage food costs, and lead large culinary teams in fast-paced environments.
* Financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
