Executive Chef (or ambitious Head Chef)
Salary: Circa £100,000 + Bonus Scheme
We’re looking for a chef ready to set the standards and set the next craving.

What you’ll be doing:
Shaping the overall culinary direction and food identity
Leading, inspiring and developing a talented kitchen team
Creating food that’s seasonal, thoughtful and full of personality
Ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple outlets
Managing kitchen operations, food costs and standards with precision
What we’re looking for:
A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
Background in produce-driven kitchens at 2 AA Rosette level or above
Ability to balance creativity with control in a fast-paced environment
Experience overseeing multi-outlet or high-volume operations
