As our new Executive Chef, you'll be at the helm of a kitchen with a weekly turnover of a staggering £60K, where you'll have the chance to showcase your culinary genius and passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. This is a permanent role, with a competitive salary range of GBP42,500 - GBP45,000 per year.

Requirements:
Proven track record as a successful Kitchen Manager, ready to take on the next challenge
Exceptional financial acumen, with a keen eye for cost control and stock management
Passionate about developing and empowering your team, leading from the front with a hands-on management style
Exceptional communication skills, able to engage and inspire both your team and our guests
A true motivator, with the ability to foster a positive, high-energy work environment Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Proven track record of creating innovative, customer-focused menus
