Project Freight Forwarder – Oil, Gas & Energy
Location: Chiswick
Salary: £50,000 DOE

A leading name in the global project cargo sector is looking for an experienced Project Freight Forwarder to join their specialised Oil, Gas & Energy division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company recognised for delivering complex logistics solutions for some of the world’s largest industrial projects.
The Role
* Manage full end-to-end coordination of large-scale and heavy-lift project cargo
* Plan and execute movements for OOG, Breakbulk, Open Top, Flat Rack, and other specialist loads
* Handle multi-modal transportation (air, sea, road) for global energy projects
* Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Produce accurate project documentation, including route surveys and risk assessments
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service on critical projects
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project freight forwarding
* Proven knowledge of handling OOG, Breakbulk, Open Top, and Flat Rack cargo
* Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Previous experience with Oil, Gas & Energy projects is highly advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
