North Wales / Hybrid £35,000+ DOE + Benefits

What will the successful Experienced Recruitment Consultant deliver?
* Take full ownership of a 360-degree recruitment desk in education
* Headhunt, source, and nurture a high-calibre candidate pipeline
* Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with schools and teaching professionals
* Write and optimise job adverts across multiple platforms
* Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for client engagement
* Guide clients and candidates through negotiations and offer management
* Proactively secure new business and grow existing relationships
* Meet and exceed activity and profitability targets
