Job Description
C&P Recruitment is looking for experienced gardeners in Edinburgh and Mid Lothian. We are working with both domestic and commercial clients who are becoming increasingly busy. Part of this role will be client facing so good communication skills and presentation is essential. Any team leading experience in this kind of position will be highly beneficial as there is intention for growth in these roles
Responsibilities:
Performing a range of gardening and soft landscaping tasks including - cutting grass, weeding, pruning bushes, moving and spreading dirt
Working in teams, under a supervisor to make sure clients expectations have been met
Working on both domestic and commercial jobs
Requirements:
On the job experience as a gardener, team leading experience is highly beneficial
Ability to work in a team and liaise with clients professionally
Valid driving licence, right to work and positive reference
CSCS card, PA1, PA6 and/or Chainsaw ticket are ideal but not necessary
Benefits:
Long term temp to perm position
8am – 6pm with shorter hours during winter
£14 - £16 p/h depending on experience
