We are a vibrant and well-established hospitality venue located in the heart of Inverness, renowned for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a lively atmosphere. Our team prides itself on professionalism, teamwork, and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are now seeking passionate and experienced Bar Staff to join our friendly team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks, and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
Ensuring the bar area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Assisting with bar setup and closing procedures
Promoting a positive atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction
Collaborating with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working as a bartender or bar staff in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of a wide range of beverages and cocktail preparation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Basic cash handling and POS system experience
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
