The Role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney from September 2025. This is a temporary role focused on supporting a Year 3 class with a high level of behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to manage behaviour, build trust with pupils, and help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment. Experience with challenging behaviour and a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies is essential.
