Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Cable Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time temporary assignment until October, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
Once trained and able to work unsupervised, flexible hours available between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, and soldering
Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
Use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Quality checking and ensuring all work meets specificationsRequirements:
Previous experience in cable assembly or electrical assembly
Confident with hand tools, wiring, and crimping techniques
Able to follow detailed instructions and diagrams
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a teamLocation & Pay:
Based in Basingstoke – great access via public transport
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time daysAssignment Details:
Temporary role until October
