Experienced Forklift Reach Truck Driver
Minworth, Birmingham (B76)
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hrs/week
Shift Patterns: 08:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Reach Truck Operator who holds a valid D1 licence and has at least 12 months of hands-on reach truck experience. If you’re comfortable working at height and confident in your warehouse abilities beyond the truck, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently (without reliance on cameras)
Performing a variety of warehouse tasks including stock put-away, Goods In, order picking, and packing
Working at heights of over 8m (HLOP training can be provided)
Upholding health & safety standards across all duties
Meeting daily performance targets and taking ownership of your roleWhat You’ll Need
Valid and in-date D1 Reach Truck Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR recognised)
Minimum of 12 months Reach Truck experience
Strong understanding of warehouse operations
Physically fit and able to lift up to 40kg
Willingness to support general warehouse duties as required
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
