Location: Streatham, South London
Salary: £160 – £230 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, ongoing (initially until Christmas, with potential to extend)

Your Teaching are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Streatham to find a qualified, experienced teacher who would be happy to take on a Year 4 class after the half-term break.
This role offers a wonderful balance of challenge and reward — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, caring setting and values making a real difference for their pupils.
The position will begin following a short informal meeting with the school and a successful free trial day, giving both you and the school the chance to ensure the right fit.
The Role

Full-time teaching role within a Year 4 class, with additional adult support in the classroom.

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.

Support pupils with SEND, using adaptive teaching strategies and nurturing relationships.

Promote a calm, inclusive classroom environment and model positive behaviour.

Work collaboratively with the leadership team and wider staff community.
About You

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Experienced within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience ideal but not essential).

Confident with behaviour management and supporting pupils with SEND.
*
A positive, adaptable, and compassionate teaching style.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
