Are you an experienced recruiter tired of rigid hours, unrealistic KPIs and constant micromanagement?

We’re a growing recruitment business looking for established Recruitment Consultants who want the freedom to be their own boss, choose their own hours and maximise their earning potential through our commission-only model.

This opportunity is for experienced recruiters who know how to recruit, manage clients and win business. We provide the platform and flexibility – you focus on building your desk.

Who We're Looking For

This isn't an entry-level recruitment position. We're looking for recruiters who can hit the ground running.

You'll ideally have:

  * 2+ years' recruitment experience

  * A proven track record of managing and developing client relationships

  * Demonstrable success in winning new business

  * A current client base or established industry relationships

  * The confidence to generate vacancies and manage your own recruitment desk

  * Strong candidate sourcing and account management skills

  * A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach
