Senior Recruitment Consultant
Found Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to advance their career by offering a Consultant/Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant role, working alongside an experienced team within the Mechanical, Electrical and Construction sectors.
You will be part of a hands-on team offering you the training and support required whilst being empowered to be your own unique Consultant. We will work with you to support your career progress/development which can be tailored to suit you providing regular reviews to ensure we are all working towards the same goal.

Package
* Salary negotiable depending on experience and role – £35,000 - £45,000 (with opportunity to earn commission from the start)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Essentials
* Previous experience in Recruitment
* Full drivers licence/own vehicle – discussions around company car/car allowance
* Computer/literacy skills
* Strong communication skills – telephone and conducting 1:1 meetings with clients and candidates
* Well presented – face to face meetings with clients/candidates are paramount
* Listening skills
* A desire to provide solutions to problems
* Highly driven
* Good rapport building skills/developing relationships
* Full time working – 830am – 5pm Monday to Friday
