We’re on the hunt for a driven, confident, and experienced Recruitment Consultant or Telesales Executive who thrives on results, loves building relationships, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to potential clients or candidates
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and job seekers
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle (if in recruitment role)
* Identifying sales opportunities and converting leads
* Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
* Working collaboratively with a motivated, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in recruitment, telesales, or outbound B2B sales
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and resilient mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
* Familiar with CRM systems and/or recruitment databases (desirable)
