Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant | Inner London | Daily Rate £105-£115
A well-established Inner London school is seeking an experienced and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on a day-to-day basis, starting September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to provide expert support to children with Special Educational Needs, contributing to their academic progress and emotional wellbeing in a supportive, inclusive environment.
ROLE DETAILS
SEN Teaching Assistant role for experienced candidates
Based in Ealing, London
Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available
September 2025 start
Pay: £105 - £115 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
Collaborate closely with SEN coordinators and classroom teachers to deliver personalised support
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behavioural management, and personalised learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learner needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
