They work with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality signage, vinyl graphics, event installations, and more. We're currently expanding their team and are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sign & Graphics Installer.
The Role
They’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented installer to join their Mitcham-based team. You’ll play a key role in installing a wide variety of signs and graphics to a professional standard, often working on-site with tight deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience in signage and graphic installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Install a range of signs, graphics, and vinyl to a high standard
* Follow job briefs accurately and deliver work on schedule
* Manage your own workload and daily route planning
* Prepare and maintain necessary tools and equipment
* Conduct on-site installations, rebrands, de-rigs, and maintenance
* Maintain a tidy workspace and provide job completion feedback (including photos)
* Work flexibly, including out-of-hours and weekend projects as needed
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Essential Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in signage & graphics installation
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
* Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials
* Comfortable with manual handling and working at heights
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Technical mindset with a hands-on approach
Desirable Certifications
* CSCS
* IPAF
* PASMA

Digital signage installation
Shopfitting & retail POS implementation
Rebranding & merchandising
Event & exhibition setups
Space audits & site surveys
