Experienced Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor – Primary – Basildon – £140–£170/Day
Location: Basildon, Essex
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £140–£170 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)

We’re working with multiple Primary Schools across Basildon looking for experienced Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors who know how to take control of the classroom and deliver real value from day one.

Who We’re Looking For:
Classroom leaders without QTS
Cover Supervisors or HLTAs with primary experience
Teaching Assistants already managing lessons
Individuals with strong behaviour management and initiative
Confident communicators, ready to engage young learners
✅ Requirements:
6+ months classroom experience (UK Primary)
Excellent behaviour and classroom control
Adaptability across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
