Experienced Warehouse Operative
Rugby CV23 (Own transport required for the site location)
Temp-Perm after 12 weeks
07:00-16:00 Mon-Thursday 07:00-15:00 Friday
£12.50 per hour rising to £13.25 after permanent probation is passed.
Enhanced OT rates (x1.33-x1.5)
Quarterly bonuses available once permanent
We are currently recruiting for a modern, friendly and inviting site based the A5 area of Rugby.
This is a manufacturing and distribution facility working within the PVC industry.
This is a multi-skilled role where you will be working as a great team with high morale.
Lots of additional training will be provided and when permanent you will receive many additional benefits.
Duties will include:
Receiving items and booking it onto the system
Stock control duties
Loading trailers ready for dispatch
Picking customer orders
Other supporting warehouse and housekeeping duties.
Using different MHE daily to assist with dutiesAll you need to be considered is:
A great attitude and be a team player
Have previous warehouse experience including the use of hand bar code scanners
Previous MHE experience ie preferred but not essential (Counterbalance, Reach, VNA)
Computer literacy and good standards of English and Numeracy.What you will get in return:
When Permanent you will be eligible for up to £300 quarterly bonus dependent on performance and other factors
