A fantastic opportunity has a risen for an export administrator to join a join a small time at our fast-paced business based on the outskirts of Newark.

Duties include to include for the export administrator:

  * Creating dispatch paperwork for network and carriers.

  * Update in-house systems, port systems, and customs software.

  * Creating invoicing on shipments and assisting with international freight documentation.

  * Track and trace documentation for customs.

  * Support weighbridge with the weighing of shipments.

  * Liaise with dispatch for accurate loading information.

  * Prepare and send samples to customers.

To be considered for this role candidates must have previous Export experience and strong Maths and English skills. Good interpersonal skills and strong Customer Service exposure is essential as is organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced arena.

Due to semi-rural location own transport is essential.
