Job Description
Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client based in Chapeltown who are looking for an Administrator with Export experience to join their supply chain team. This is a full time roles on a fixed term basis of 12 months and will involve hybrid working.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;
* Processing all sales orders in timely manner
* Handling complex customer enquiries and resolving questions and complaints
* Monitoring inboxes and telephones and answering all product enquiries
* Filling out export paperwork and certifications
* Clarifying orders, providing technical guidance and facilitating recurring orders
* Building ongoing relationships with customers
The right candidate will be pro-active and ensure positive reinforcement within the customer service team export team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service. A knowledge of Sales Force will be beneficial.
