Job Description
We are recruiting for several clients in the local area who are recruiting for experienced Export Coordinators.
You will have experience and knowledge in managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring clients’ cargo gets where it needs to go—on time, on budget, and with a smile. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys working with people from all over the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating international export shipments via air, sea, and road
Liaising with carriers, agents, and overseas partners to ensure smooth transit
Preparing and checking export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs, B/Ls, etc.)
Managing bookings and tracking shipments from origin to destination
Communicating with clients to provide updates and resolve queries
Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and export controls
Supporting the wider operations team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in freight forwarding or export logistics
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
Familiarity with export documentation and customs procedures
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure
IT savvy—comfortable with logistics systems and Microsoft Office
