Job Title: Export Planning & Dispatch Clerk

 Location: Dartford
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday – Friday, 13:00 – 22:00
Permanent / Full-Time

 We’re working with a well-established logistics business who are looking to appoint an Export Planning & Dispatch Clerk to support their European operations.

 This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating export shipments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

 It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working under pressure, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving.

Key Responsibilities

 • Planning and coordinating export shipments across Europe
• Processing delivery notes and collection orders
• Routing consignments to maximise efficiency
• Preparing and dispatching vehicles and export trailers
• Managing export and customs documentation
• Supporting compliance with customs and export requirements
• Liaising with internal teams and international partners

The Ideal Candidate

 • Experience within logistics, transport or export operations
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using IT systems

Desirable

 • Knowledge of European transport or geography
• Experience with customs documentation
• Exposure to EDI systems or planning tools
