Export Sales Administrator

Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Administrator to join our busy sales office. You’ll play a key role in processing international orders, coordinating export documentation, and supporting our global logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process international customer orders and schedule export deliveries
* Prepare export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, EUR1, etc.)
* Liaise with hauliers and freight forwarders, including pricing and onboarding
* Coordinate with warehousing on collection schedules and paperwork
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide admin support to the sales team
* Monitor sales leads and build strong customer relationships
* Review freight invoices and maintain accurate filing of customer communications
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative office role
* Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
* Willingness to complete Dangerous Goods Awareness training (if not already held)
